SUMMER 2012 DATES
Two sessions: June 11 - 15, 2012 and June 25 - 29, 2012
Come learn the art of jewelry design! Whether you’re a seasoned camper or first-timer, this camp will spark your creativity. Perch’s Art and Soul Camp will teach you the basics of jewelry design, to include:

Constructing jewelry with wire and gemstones

Creating pendants by using cold fusion to join metals
-
Light torching to change metal patinas
-
Working with precious metal clay (PMC) and kiln firing
Each camper will create five individual works of art and be given the opportunity to display their collection in a Friday night art gallery opening at Perch. The camp is open to children 8 and up. Instruction will be tailored to individual abilities. Camp starts at 10:30 am and ends at 2:00 pm each day. Campers only need to bring their creativity and a lunch.
Camp tuition is $225 and includes all instruction, materials, and a t-shirt. Pre-registration is required. To register, call us or come by the store.
